The Senior Software Developer / Engineer will report directly to the Sr. Director of Information Technology. This information technology role will be responsible for the development and support of DLT Product Base to include both external and internal facing products.


  • Architecting, developing, testing, implementing and supporting new and existing products
  • Enhancing and updating custom applications to fulfill changing business and market requirements
  • Ensuring technical components are secure, reliable, scalable, inter-operable, and reusable
  • Performing appropriate design/code reviews and unit/integration testing
  • Recommending modifications to lower costs, enhance usability or expand functionality
  • Creating and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Other related duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

  • BS degree in Computer Science
  • 7+ years of technical work experience in a software development environment that required .NET-based development
  • 7+ years of technical work experience working in a development capacity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Skilled in writing DDL/SQL queries, to include creating Stored Procedures, User-Defined Functions, Triggers as well as ad-hoc queries
  • Experience with Task Tracking Tools, Integrated Unit Testing and Continuous Integration Practices
  • Project Management experience
