Overview

Responsible for pipeline development for the CIV EDM sales team through outbound calling on Sales & Marketing leads, renewals, existing customer base, and lists provided by Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to followup on renewals, leads, and lists provided for prospecting
  • Update data for current customers into DLT CRM database
  • Attend training as assigned for effective phone techniques and product knowledge necessary
  • Other related duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of prior job experience
  • Experience with sales preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and ability to use MS Office suite
  • PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Good customer service skills
