DLT is currently looking for a Web Manager to join our expanding digital demand generation practice to best serve our diverse and growing client set.


DLT is in need of a dynamic, self-starter who can help the company optimize and improve the performance of the corporate website and related properties.


The Web Manager works with the Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Campaign Management teams to deliver web updates, manage site content, assist with SEO strategy, and improve traffic and conversion metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design as well as a basic knowledge of back-end development.  A track record of working as a team player in a varied, fast-paced environment is highly desirable


  • Work with members of the Marketing Department to develop digital assets as part of a larger marketing campaign plan
  • Develop Web applications and complete programming assignments using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript.
  • Perform image creation and editing.
  • Perform web content updates requested by the Marketing Department.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Proficiency in Drupal 7/8 (modules and themes)
  • Experience in WordPress
  • Proficient in front-end development (jQuery)
  • Experience with web scripting languages (i.e., PHP)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
