The DLT Corporate Controller is responsible for maximizing return on company financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. The fundamental responsibilities of this position are to understand the company and the company’s uniqueness in the marketplace, then develop, implement, and continuously improve the procedures, systems, processes, controls, and staff to enable the company to continue to achieve its growth goals. This role is for a talented financial leader with superior professional management skills who can quickly garner respect and act as a leader for the team.


  • Ensure financial plans and system align with organizational goals
  • Manage the activities of the corporate accounting organization including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit and collections organizations
  • Manage corporate cash, credit, and other day-to-day financial activities through effective and accurate daily cash reports and monthly detailed cash flow forecasts
  • Assure timely and accurate recording of all transactions in accordance with GAAP
  • Protect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
  • Oversee the activities of the accounts receivable function to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components
  • Continuously review and improve the monthly close process
  • Develop, improve, and issue monthly financial statement for executive management and bank
  • Engage with senior management to optimize the performance of a growing business by identifying opportunities for financial gain or cost savings in any of the functional disciplines of the Corporation
  • Serve as the company’s principal contact with external auditors, collection agencies, credit card companies, tax preparers, and support contact for financial institutions & PE ownership
  • Oversee annual audit process
  • Ensure compliance with financial institution reporting requirements, accounting principles and policies, state income tax laws, sales and use tax law
  • Ensure the timely completion of the corporate income tax returns including preparing the required supporting documentation for the company’s outside tax preparation firm
  • Determine creditworthiness of company’s reseller partners 
  • Other job related duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications


  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
  • 10+ years of financial management and/or senior accounting experience
  • 5 years in a hands-on supervisory or management capacity
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS Dynamics NAV 15
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • CPA Certification
