As Marketing Campaign Manager you will promote the DLT client infrastructure and design portfolio and execute a planned marketing strategy for growth in 2018. You will collaborate with sales and marketing counterparts at your assigned client partners tied to strategic areas of growth aligned with government priorities. A key part of the role includes managing channel partner relationships in the distributor/reseller model and providing strategy and campaign support.   To help government address their large scale needs, the Marketing Campaign manager will work closely with the channel partner relationships in the distributor/reseller model and will establish best practices, share customer successes, and provide campaign support to provide value to both end user customers and partners.


  • Conduct planning meetings with sales team and vendors
  • Execute on a marketing campaign lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Create, share, and promote custom content for Digital Design microsite and social media targeting Architectural Engineering, and Construction Services personas (AEC)
  • Develop quarterly and six month marketing plans in collaboration with sales and vendor partners
  • Deliver program updates to internal marketing and sales teams
  • Send campaign reports to sales teams with campaign updates and leverage intelligence tools
  • Collaborate with partners, providing content and co-branding on campaigns
  • Conduct status meetings with vendor counterparts and internal sales leaders
  • Research, negotiate, and procure 3rd part services for demand generation and brand building initiatives
  • Manage and forecast annual marketing budget
  • Set up and attend trade shows, workshops, and receptions
  • Leverage data in reporting to be more strategic while enhancing credibility as a business partner
  • Report and analyze ROI for campaign & demand generation activities
  • Manage incoming leads and send to sales using CRM and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Leverage cross divisional resources for up sell and cross sell campaigns
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Ability to learn: To meet lead generation goals driving lead conversion rates;
  • How to track and demonstrate ROI from marketing activities;
  • To create marketing campaigns, presentations, and reports
  • Planning events including webinars, workshops, and tradeshows
  • Understanding of how marketing automation tools work
  • Knowledge of latest marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some AEC experience and industry knowledge a plus
  • Public Sector experience
  • Advanced writing skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders while sustaining successful relationships
  • Passion for learning and engaging in professional development activities
