DLT is looking for a Red Hat Support Engineer to support our customers in the entire Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) lifecycle. In this role, you will provide an excellent customer support experience for our enterprise subscription customers. Given the nature of the Red Hat subscriptions model, you will not be expected to provide “break-fix” pay-per-incident support. Instead, you will provide an unlimited number of support incidents. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help the team continually prove our value to our customers as you troubleshoot and resolve their technical issues over the phone and online. You will become an expert in one or more Red Hat offerings like the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Platform and cloud and storage technologies.
