  • Overview

    The Account Manager, Oracle Consulting Services, is responsible for identification, positioning and sales of Oracle Services.

    Responsibilities

    • Interface with Oracle Consulting and ACS team
    • Develop and maintain relationship with Oracle Sales
    • Formulate targeted territory strategy
    • Drive new high margins business
    • Manage business, customer activity, and data in CRM
    • Investigate and resolve customer problems
    • Continue education maintaining and updating knowledge of products, selling skills, processes and sales tools
    • Achieve assigned sales quota
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years quota carrying sales experience
    • Experience with RFP cycle
    • Experience with State and Local sales
    • Proven ability to attain and exceed sales quota goals
    • Ability to build and sustain quality relationships, while providing excellent customer service
    • Demonstrate effective selling skills including communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate to effectively sell on the phone
    • Experience using and managing CRM 
    • Experience working with project accounting, contracts and PMO to get deals booked

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Microsoft Office
    • Forecasting and relationship building
