     DLT’s marketing department uses advanced digital marketing strategies, proven operational excellence, and leading brand and demand generation best practices to accelerate public sector growth for technology companies.

      

    As a core member of DLT’s Corporate Marketing team, The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and reviewing content for marketing campaigns, bridging the gap between internal subject matter experts and content creation, and will lead the charge on creating consistency and continuity amongst our messaging for DLT. Experience in creating messaging for the public sector and/or federal government is a big plus. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation for Corporate Branding:
      • Manage the creation of thought leadership content (eBooks, brochures, blog posts, white papers, infographics, new assets)
      • You will assist with creating content for our company’s website that effectively communicates the mission, solutions offered and persona of the company
      • Maintain and strategize the editorial content calendar
      • Ensure one voice across multiple mediums
      • Assist our PR and Social Media Specialist with creating effective social campaigns
    • Communication: You will bridge the gap between sales, marketing and SMEs and effectively communicate with all teams on any upcoming new content
    • Research: You will take a proactive approach to stay on top of all current events that would yield new content for blog, editorial calendar, social media posts and thought leadership pieces relevant for today’s economic climate in the government
    • Campaigns: You will police all campaign content to ensure the content conveys the correct message and has one voice
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing experience 
    • Strong writing aptitude
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Exact Target, and Eloqua a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on English, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
    • Strong collaboration skills in working with cross-functional teams and customers
    • Creative thinker

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in creating messaging for the public sector and/or federal government is a big plus
    • Experience in creating content for digital channels (web, social media) preferred
    • Basic HTML, CSS and other coding a plus
    • Adobe Design Cloud a plus
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
