  • Overview

    The ideal candidate will carry out recruiting and administrative functions in an organized, strategic way. He/she will show creative sourcing techniques, conduct preliminary phone screens and schedule in house interviews in coordination with the recruiter and hiring managers. This individual will also take an active part in developing networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events.

    Responsibilities

    • Review, edit, and post job requisitions on career websites and social media pages in accordance with OFCCP government regulations
    • Show an understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts and follow standard, documented policies and procedures for all recruiting activity
    • Work in a collaborative team environment with other recruiting staff, sales, and administrative professionals
    • Perform sourcing of active and passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and qualify applicants
    • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
    • Schedule in house interviews in coordination with the recruiter and hiring managers
    • Utilize Company’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) extensively and record all relevant candidate activity and documentation in the candidate database
    • Create offer letters and distribute new hire materials to candidate as well as appropriate HR team members
    • Process background checks
    • Create and send new hire tickets to appropriate distribution list and hiring manager(s)
    • Maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1 – 2 years’ experience working within a high-volume recruiting organization or requisite business experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant military or work experience
