    DLT seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to support its continuously growing public sector focused business.  The ideal candidate can expect a highly varied, fast paced set of requests from our sales and partner teams as they work to close sales of industry leading IT products and services with their public sector customers. You must be a motivated, high potential performer with strong communication and analytic skills.  The work involved will require you to juggle multiple priorities, maintain a constant attention to detail and a willingness to identify, teach and embrace best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement. 


    We are looking for someone with the ability to both collaborate with a team of contract managers and work independently on their specific tasks and long term plans and projects.  We need a strong issue spotter, who is focused on identifying solutions that ultimately result in profitable growth for the company, its clients, its partners and our government customers.


    • Review and negotiate Purchase Orders for compliance and alignment with EULAs, Contract Vehicle Terms and related statutes ad regulations
    • Analyze and communicate contractual guidance on RFQ's/RFPs, Purchase/Task Orders and Modifications, and other attendant documents as needed
    • Draft and negotiate teaming agreements, master subcontracts, and review Statements of Work
    • Assist with the drafting and negotiation of commercial non-disclosure, partner and new client agreements
    • Support proposal terms review, negotiation and award of several large MAS and GWAC contracts in addition to a variety of state and cooperative agreement IDIQ contracts
    • Develop process, documentation, self-services tools and training for internal stakeholders to improve and streamline processes and ensure compliant and timely responses
    • Train and mentor team members
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree, JD a plus
    • 3-5 years’ experience with products oriented public sector contracting including state and local contracts and compliance
    • Experience negotiating software license agreements and other technology-focused transactions (e.g. Cloud, Software, Big Data)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of the FAR
    • Knowledge and experience with basic software, subscription and cloud licensing models and terms
