  • Overview

    The Sales Associate Provides coordination and general sales support for the DLT sales teams and assigned client team(s).

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain assigned client, partner, and/or customer relationships
    • Conduct basic research to identify opportunities
    • Assist in finding and contacting potential sales prospects
    • Conduct general lead generation and sales activities
    • Make calls to potential customers to discuss assigned client product
    • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote client products
    • Manage pipeline of opportunities to drive retention of business with DLT
    • Document sales activities accurately as directed by manager
    • Track all opportunities to support attainment of sales goals
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    Daily Work Activities and Context

    • Making calls
    • Documenting sales activities as directed by manager
    • Responding to client and customer requests
    • Researching to identify opportunities
    • Reviewing client product information and sales plays
    • Reviewing call scripts and technology product information

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: HS Diploma
    • Experience(s): 0 – 1 year of sales experience, 0-1 year of customer service experience and/or team leadership experience
    • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail
    • MS office skills – knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    • Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and organizational skills
