As part of the DLT modern marketing engine, the ideal team member for this position is someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications with a minimum of 5 years professional marketing or communications experience who has successfully partnered with sales to define and execute a demand generation strategy that builds pipeline and closes business. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be a key member of the Vendor Marketing team which includes solutions promoting and marketing DLT's clients and technology domains.  The marketing campaign manager will work closely with the VP of Sales to create lead generating campaigns to increase pipeline with upsell/cross sales of existing customers as well as generate net new business for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding and analysis of the US Public Sector market to determine what are the best solutions and messages to start talking to customers to grow business
  • Ability to provide top-down vision, strategy and execution for increase in sales funnel acceleration as well as lead generation methods 
  • Build coherent, consistent, aligned sales content including email and blog copy to support the field when engaging with customers
  • Responsible for client management and relationship building between marketing and sales
  • Manage budget and MDF process tied to campaign execution and annual GTM planning
  • Provide thought leadership and process improvement ideas with Marketing Campaign Management Team Manager 
  • Analyze and share sales diagnostic reports and dashboards to establish best practices and adjust programs based upon campaign performance
  • Manage pipeline creation and lead follow up with sales
  • Maintain Quarterly and Semi-Annual reports for all team members 
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing or communications experience which includes demonstrated success in developing and managing email marketing, media buying, digital media, social media and/or events
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently, as well as effectively working in teams
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and content, promotion and performance metrics to support and guide the team’s efforts to more effective outcomes 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, and both demonstrate and motivate strategic thinking
  • Competent at project management and juggling multiple, fast paced deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently follow-through and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at proficient levels. 
  • Active listener, effective influencer, great positive attitude
  • Experience marketing to government sector
  • Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua or Marketo)
