The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting the go-to-market strategy for the entire portfolio of DLT’s proprietary offerings, including Confirmed Stateside Support, Enterprise Agreement Platform, and family of GovHub web properties.

This role reports directly to the Manager, Brand & Marketing Communications and collaborates with the Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Engineering, and Program Management teams.


  • Expand success of DLT’s GovHub Program to include developing and marketing sponsorship packages, increasing volume and quality of site traffic, identifying additional Hubs to be built, and integrate program success into actionable sales and marketing plays
  • Partner with functional leaders across the business to develop an aligned set of strategies, tactics and resources to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets
  • Provide insight and support to company leadership to inform the identification and development of new offerings to bring to market
  • Understand target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Build the go-to-market plan to support and grow the GovHub programs, including prioritizing and aligning future Hubs to DLT’s tech domain strategy, developing effective messaging, and building content marketing plans for core audiences
  • Create a sales enablement plan to support effective selling of DLT’s intellectual properties to public sector customers and technology companies (including Confirmed Stateside Support, Enterprise Agreement Platform and the GovHub Program)
  • Formalize processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support the program goals
  • Support the planning and execution of SLED and federal fiscal year end marketing campaigns

Daily Work Activities and Context

  • Manage editorial and production calendar for GovHub program
  • Monitor and adjust advertising program for GovHub program
  • Coordinate Client Sponsorship deliverables
  • Join team meetings, client calls, and strategy sessions
  • Coordinate with department and business leaders in fullfillment of marketing program deliverables
  • Update weekly 1:1 templates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five to 10 years of professional B2B/B2G experience
  • Three to five years of advanced experience with product line or solution marketing
  • Demonstrated success influencing and working with cross-functional leaders
  • Strong background in business analytics, measurement and dashboards
  • Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
  • Experience developing thought leadership to enhance product/program reputation
  • Experience in all aspects of go-to-market strategy for IT products, services and solutions
  • Strong insight into the operational side of offering delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in content marketing, product management, and program management
